I made this Library for my Sims to be able to skill any skills at a
faster rate without having to actually earn the Education Career Reward
themselves (or cheat to get it). But of course, I needed a Community
Lot skilling hack for them actually to be able to skill at all. I think
you can find one at ModTheSims2.com and MoreAwesomeThanYou. I also
included a counterfeiting machine when I was running the lot as a
business, as it made so little money. But I figured it doesn't work
good as a business at all as all the Sims buy the products instead of
using the library. |

As it is a pretty large lot, it may run slowly on older computers. (It
ran slowly on mine anyway). The lot has 8 apartment units, 4 of which
have two floors, a driveway, and a garden. Unfortunately, the gardens
disappear with the other objects when a townie moves in and you can
only see them outside when you visit them. The apartments all have room
for four or more Sims. Each apartment has different hobby objects in
them, (such as the Toy Workbench, Model Railway, etc.), so you can just
visit your neighbours and use those objects for hobby enthusiasum for
free. |

Advanced Info: 23 Playmo Lane is a fairly large home complete with a balcony, a driveway, a front garden, pond, playground, and swimming pool. Although there is officially only two bedrooms included (the master bedroom and a kid's bedroom fit for two children), the games room leading to the balcony can be converted into a bedroom. It's larger than the master bedroom so it would make sense to make that the master bedroom and make the old master bedroom another single bedroom. |

Info: When you set all the plants for sale for the first time, you'll get a good amount of money back from the difference between the catalogue price and the wholesale price which you've just set them to. Also, you should lock the doors to the employee breakroom and from the employee breakroom to the cash registers for Household and Employees only. |
